KidsR is a multi-brand concept store for children's furniture, décor and toys, with a physical shop located in CascaiShopping (Alcabideche) and an online store. We work with a curated selection of European and design-led children's brands.

Where is the physical store and what are the opening hours?

We are located at CascaiShopping, store 1.105, Estrada Nacional 9, 2645-543 Alcabideche, Portugal. Shopping centre opening hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00–23:00.

Are the products that are sold out online available in store?

In general, stock is shared between the physical store and the online shop. If a product is marked as "sold out" on the website, it will usually be unavailable in store as well, except for occasional discrepancies. If in doubt, contact us via WhatsApp or phone.

What does "made to order" mean?

These are items not available for immediate dispatch (mainly furniture, wallpaper, and some décor pieces). They are ordered from the supplier after payment. The average lead time is 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the brand or season. If you need an exact delivery estimate, please ask before purchasing.

Do you offer interior design / 3D projects for children's rooms?

Yes. We offer a specialised interior design service for baby and kids' rooms. Send us your floor plan, measurements, and style references, and our team will prepare a proposal and quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MB Way, credit/debit card, Multibanco reference, and for furniture orders or design projects, payment by bank transfer. For international orders, we use secure online payment.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Portugal and the European Union. For other destinations (Islands, UK, Switzerland, PALOP), please request a quote before placing your order.

How are furniture deliveries handled?

Bulky furniture is shipped on a pallet and delivered to the building entrance / street level. Delivery does not include carrying items upstairs or assembly. If you need delivery inside your home or assembly within the Lisbon district, please let us know in advance so we can quote the additional service.

What is the delivery time for items in stock?

Small items / in-stock items: 2–5 business days within mainland Portugal. EU: 5–10 business days. During sales or campaign periods, deliveries may take 1–2 extra days.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight/volume and destination. Free shipping campaigns for mainland Portugal are announced on our website and social media.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. The item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. Made-to-order / personalised / custom items are non-returnable, except in case of defect. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except when the mistake is ours.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please photograph the packaging and the item on the day of delivery and send the images to info@kidsr.pt with your order number. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Do you sell to companies (newborn kits / corporate gifts)?

Yes. We create customised baby kits and corporate gifts for companies and HR departments. Send us the number of employees, budget and deadline, and we'll share our catalogue and conditions.

The Kyo 120 x 70 cm Evolutionary Bed from Quax Baby accompanies every stage of your little one's growth.

This bed has unique dimensions of 120 x 70 cm, designed to create a particularly cozy and comfortable environment in the baby's room. The bed can be transformed into a junior bed measuring 170 x 70 cm thanks to a practical junior kit, which will provide a comfortable sleeping space until around 10 years of age. The kit includes an extension of the slatted base and a functional bedside table, perfectly adapted to the needs of each stage of growth. Throughout the transformation, the bed retains the warm and welcoming look of the Kyo collection, adapting perfectly to each stage of the baby's growth.
