Delivery times

For items available in stock, the estimated delivery time is:

Mainland Portugal: 2 to 5 business days
European Union: 5 to 10 business days

During campaign periods or times of higher order volumes, these deadlines may be subject to slight delays.

Made-to-order items

Some items, namely furniture, wallpaper, and certain decorative pieces, are produced or ordered specifically after purchase.

In these cases, the average lead time can vary between 2 and 6 weeks, depending on the brand, availability, and time of year.

Furniture deliveries

Bulky furniture is usually transported on a pallet and delivered to the building entrance, at street level.

Standard delivery does not include carrying upstairs, transport inside the home, or assembly.

For deliveries inside the property or assembly services, when available, please contact us for a quote.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the weight, volume, and destination of the order.

Free shipping conditions may vary according to current campaigns.

Upon delivery

For furniture or large-volume items, we recommend checking the external condition of the packaging at the time of delivery.

If you detect any damage, register it with the carrier and photograph the packaging and the item. Any incident should be reported to Kids R via info@kidsr.pt, stating the order number.
