SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery destinations

KidsR delivers to Mainland Portugal and selected European destinations available at checkout.

For Madeira and the Azores, and other destinations unavailable directly online, shipping costs and conditions are provided on request.

2. Shipping costs in Mainland Portugal

Shipping costs depend on the size and characteristics of the products and the applicable shipping profile:

  • Small items: €10 for eligible orders up to €99.99; free shipping from €100.
  • Medium-volume items: €20 for eligible orders up to €99.99; free shipping from €100.
  • Furniture and items with delivery services: the options and prices below apply where available for the product.

Free shipping from €100 applies to eligible small-item and medium-volume shipping profiles. It does not apply to furniture profiles with Standard, Comfort or Premium services. The available options and final cost are shown at checkout.

3. Furniture and delivery services

For products offering these options in Mainland Portugal:

  • Standard — €30: delivery to street or ground-floor level.
  • Comfort — €85: delivery to the room of your choice.
  • Premium — €150: delivery and assembly.

For Muba and Mathy by Bols products offering these options, Comfort costs €120 and Premium costs €250.

Available options vary by product and are shown on the product page and at checkout. Assembly is included only with Premium. Special lifting services or other requirements not covered must be agreed with KidsR in advance.

If access to the delivery location is restricted, please contact KidsR beforehand.

4. European Union deliveries

Eligible items shipped to European countries and regions available at checkout have a shipping cost of €30.

International deliveries are currently available to selected destinations in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

Some islands, overseas territories or regions requiring special transport arrangements may be excluded.

Medium-volume items, furniture and other bulky products may not be available for international shipping through checkout. Please contact KidsR for a shipping quote in these cases.

5. Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the product, brand and supplier availability.

A significant part of the KidsR catalogue is available to order. Where possible, an estimated delivery time is shown on the product page.

As a guide:

  • certain items with faster availability may have an estimated lead time of around 1 week;
  • many items ordered from suppliers have an estimated lead time of approximately 2 to 3 weeks;
  • furniture, bulky items and international orders may take longer.

These times are estimates and may change due to production, manufacturer availability, transport or other circumstances outside KidsR's control.

Customers will be informed as soon as possible if a significant delay occurs.

6. Orders containing several products

Orders containing products with different availability times or shipping profiles may be delivered in more than one shipment.

Applicable options and costs will be shown at checkout wherever possible.

7. Receiving your order

We recommend checking the external condition of the packaging upon delivery.

If there is visible damage, please note it with the carrier wherever possible and contact KidsR as soon as possible, providing the order number and photographs of the packaging and product.
