KIVI exercise wheel is a must-have item for every home gym enthusiast. Using an exercise wheel for ab rolls is one of the most effective ways to strengthen your core because it doesn’t only target the abdominal muscles but also the muscles in your lower back. With KIVI, you can always keep this workout at your fingertips, as its beautiful, streamlined design ensures there is no need to hide it in the closet.
The intensity of the workout with an exercise wheel can be adjusted by performing the rolling movement from different starting positions, ranging from a kneeling position to a standing position. The exercise wheel is also great for various plank variations to add extra challenge, as well as reverse abdominal rollouts, where the feet are placed on the handles of the wheel instead of the palms.
